This 5 week series focuses on the importance of self care for caregivers. Caregivers are typically those who spend the majority of their days caring for a friend or loved one that may be recovering from injury, illness, or nearing the end of their life. They often forget to care for themselves. Sometimes this role is shared with other family members but many times it's done alone or without any support. Each week in this series will explore the 4 pillars of self care: Mind, Body, Heart & Spirit. The 5th week brings it all together.
